How can I get tickets to a show at The Venice West?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking the "Tickets" icon on any show page on our site.

How old do I have to be to get into the club?

All shows at The Venice West are ages 21+ unless otherwise stated.

Where do I park?

We highly encourage you to walk, ride, Lyft/Uber, or carpool. Valet service will be provided on weekends for a fee.

What are your hours?

Doors and dinner service typically begin at 6 PM. Showtimes may vary. We will be open until 12 AM most weekdays and 2 AM most weekends.

What are the set times?

Set times are subject to last-minute changes. Please note that one or two support acts typically precede the headliner.

If a show is canceled, where do I get a refund?

If a show is canceled, refunds are available at the point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Ticketweb. Openers are subject to change.

What are my payment options in the venue?

We accept cash, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show.

My friend and I just started a band. How can I get us a show booked at The Venice West?

Please email talent@venicemusicgroup.com. Booking requests are not accepted via phone or at the club itself.

Include the following in your email:

  • Band name
  • Links to music (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, etc.)
  • Links to social media (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Local show history (when, where, ticket price, and your individual draw)

Due to high volume, we may not be able to respond to all booking requests.

Does your venue have seats?

Seating is available for dinner service and some performances. Tables and chairs will be removed before showtime for all full-capacity events-This means standing room only. To guarantee a seat for the entirety of an event, you may book an “Experience” on OpenTable.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, a valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all shows. For all-ages events, those under 16 or without ID must be accompanied by an adult.

Can you scan my tickets off my phone?

Yes! Please have the brightness on your phone turned up to make scanning easier.

What kind of drinks do you have?

We have a full bar stocked with a variety of water, soft drinks, beers (on tap and bottled), wine, and spirits.

I have a blog. Do I count as press?

The Venice West does not issue press or photo passes. All press and photo inquiries should be directed to the band’s publicist, label, or management.

Can I bring my camera?

Photo policy varies for artists and is usually not determined until the day of the show. You can bring a non-professional camera to most shows. Please inquire about the photo policy at the door. Any camera with a detachable lens will be considered professional and require clearance by the artist in advance.

Do you rent your rooms for private events?

  • No flyers, stickers, or handbills are allowed in the club.
  • You will be ejected for throwing anything.
  • No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, or weapons (including pocket knives).
  • ADA seating is available. Please arrive 15 minutes before doors open to make accommodations.
  • You must show proof of age with a government-issued photo ID upon entering the venue. A stamp or wristband is required to be served at the bar.
